Clayton Bannock

Clayton Bannock is a global procurement leader with more than 20 years of experience transforming sourcing functions into strategic business enablers. Known for his engineering mindset and Lean approach, he founded Procuron to help organizations modernize procurement, improve supplier performance, and align strategy with enterprise goals.
His career began in aerospace with Pratt & Whitney, where he built a strong foundation in manufacturing engineering and procurement. He then spent more than two decades at Deloitte, where he led global sourcing and contracting for Real Estate, Design & Construction, Facilities Management, and Workplace Services categories. Clayton managed $1.5B in spend and delivered more than $350M in savings, driving measurable improvements in profitability, agility, and supplier performance.
He led projects ranging from small office fit-outs to large-scale capital programs, including the full design and construction of Deloitte University, a $300M, 700,000-square-foot conference and hospitality center, and a Tier III data center.

Clayton began his journey in aerospace procurement at Pratt & Whitney, where he learned the discipline of engineering-driven problem solving and precision. He later joined Deloitte, where he spent more than two decades leading procurement transformation across Real Estate, Design and Construction, Facilities Management, and Workplace Services. During that time, he built high-performing teams, expanded global spend under management from $500M to $1.5B, and delivered more than $350M in savings. He also led major capital projects ranging from small office fit-outs to Deloitte University, a 700,000-square-foot conference and hospitality center, and a Tier III data center.
